OCS Response to Oxford Local Plan 2040 Preferred Options Consultation
This consultation response is in three parts. First, we present a summary of responses concerning the strategic context of the draft Local Plan and comment on what we think needs to be explained about the strategic context. Second and in Appendix 1 we provide detailed explanations of the strategic context of the Local Plan, as we see it. Third, in Appendix 2, we respond directly to the preferred options provided in the consultation document.
