There are five car parking spaces on the frontage. The side roads nearby are unnamed on the site plan which makes location difficult. The site is described as being on the south side of Banbury Road which is incorrect as this road runs north/south. The is a significant lack of information in the form of plan drawings and site boundaries. The ground floor alterations are shown but full floor plans are necessary to assess the impact the internal alterations have on the whole house. The front elevations both existing and proposed do not reflect the true situation. Materials are not described. We recommend that this application be deferred until comprehensive information is submitted and assessed.
