Although this application is for an ‘annexe’ and a rationale for its need by the current owners is given, the fact is that it is a separate dwelling entirely, not attached to the house, with all that would be needed for an independent occupation, including gates to be driven through to park in front of the annexe. The annexe should, therefore, be applied for as a dwelling in itself.
