Paragraph 1.1.0 in the design and access statement accompanying this application refers to a previous conversion to a restaurant. Is this a mistake? The application form states that vehicle parking is not relevant. There is no mention of the number of car parking spaces to be provided. In our view it is essential to ensure that there is enough off-street parking as there is little or no possibility of parking anywhere on-street and Headley Way (B4495) has heavy traffic. The application shows no plan for bike or bin storage. These problems should be addressed before approval is granted.
