Erection of single storey rear conservatory

This single storey extension approximately doubles the footprint of the existing house and extends its full width. The application states that there is little or no loss of light to neighbouring properties. Although the roof is fully glazed, the solid side walls are 2.135 m in height and therefore higher than the existing fence. The adjoining neighbours at 51 Kiln Lane appear from the photograph supplied to have a window to a habitable room close to the boundary, which means that at least some of their light from the west will be lost.  It is important that this element of the application is addressed.
