Remove garage door and replace with 1no window in association with conversion of garage into a habitable space.  Alterations to rear elevation to enclose existing ground floor area underneath the first floor balcony. 

The existing garage is not of adequate size to fit a modern family vehicle and therefore the proposal does not constitute a loss of parking.  However, the existing garage seems to be the only suitable space that bikes could currently be stored in and the conversion of this garage will result in loss of cycle storage.  Before the development is commenced details of the cycle parking areas, including dimensions and means of enclosure should be submitted for approval.
