We make the same comments on both of these applications which need to be considered together. The applications do not have a Design and Access statement to indicate how the current applications differ from application 17/00175/FUL at the same address, which was refused by Oxford City Council. The appeal (Ref: APP/G3110/W/17/3184471) was then dismissed by the inspector, on the grounds that the large rear extension “would have a harmful effect on the living conditions of occupiers of 34 Littlehay Road in terms of outlook”. The current applications appear to be the same size and therefore do not reduce the effect on the neighbour’s house. We believe the applications should be rejected.
