Oxford Civic Society believe that there is so much confusion in the manner in which this application is presented:

• regarding the various versions of the application form and the discrepancies between, and lack of coherence of the various ‘plans’:
• in terms of existing and proposed (including clear indications of the bin and cycle storage arrangements proposed);
• and with regard to the discrepancies between the location, site and building plans (and property boundaries);

that the application should be referred back to the applicant for clarification and re-presentation
