 Change of use from House in Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4) to a large House in Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis).

 The planning application is at odds with the proposed floor plans, which clearly show that one of the current seven bedrooms will be enlarged at the expense of the size of the living/dining room.  Disregarding the en-suite facility, one WC is inadequate to serve six bedrooms.  The proposed floor plan does not show a door leading to the shower room. We object to this application on the grounds of inconsistencies in the information provided and poor standards of accommodation.
