Variation of conditions 2 (Develop in accordance with approved plans) and 4 (Design – no additions to dwelling) of planning permission 16/00147/FUL (Erection of 1 x 3 bedroom dwellinghouse (Use Class C3). Erection of garage. Provision of car parking space, private amenity space, bin and cycle storage.(amended plans)) to allow a variation to existing plans for a higher, more private fence and an extension to the basement area.

We consider that the impacts of the current proposals are not sufficiently demonstrated in context, and that the case made for varying the conditions previously imposed, is not adequate. We, therefore, consider that the application should be refused.
