A similar proposal for the site at 10 Coleridge Close was refused planning permission in a letter from the City Council dated 7 January 2016. Six reasons were given for the refusal. In our view, the current application fails adequately to address the first four of the reasons in the letter of 7 January and should therefore be refused.
