Our comments on the planning application by Jesus College

A planning application to demolish the existing building and erect a new building. This is a bold proposal to replace Northgate House and create a new quad for Jesus College. The impact on Market Street would be to provide a more visually interesting streetscape as well as more street activity. On Cornmarket the design provides welcome variety along the frontage.
