The UK is now on track to be “nearly Zero Carbon” by 2050 and we really need to halve our CO2 emissions by 2030. Can we afford to keep building new houses that contribute to the problem and will need retrofitting? Ian shows how Greencore has developed a way to build houses with zero embodied carbon and net-zero energy in use.
