Eda Forbes awarded Oxford City Certificate of Honour

The Oxfordshire Blue Plaques Board exists to recognise and commemorate the lives of significant people who have lived in Oxfordshire. Oxford Civic Society has been a supporter of the Board for many years, both financially and through the work of volunteers.

We were particularly pleased that Eda Forbes, the Blue Plaques Board’s Secretary, was awarded a Certificate of Honour by Oxford City at the awards ceremony on 19 June. We send her our warmest congratulations and thanks for her work.
