Erection of single storey rear outbuilding. Provision of car parking and bin stores. Removal of 1no. window and insertion of 1no. door to rear elevation. Installation of 7no. PV panels to front roofslope and 3no. swift nest boxes to rear elevation.
We note the reduction in off-street parking and increase number of households and would suggest that this should be designated as a car-free development. However, no cycle parking is proposed.
No daylight/sunlight assessment has been carried out in respect of the existing house, and no elevations are provided for the separate outbuilding. We would urge resolution of these issues before consent is granted.
