Alterations to fenestration on front elevation.
We can do no more than echo the comments from the Oxfordshire Architectural and Historical Society listed buildings sub-committee: “we ask that any new windows at 18 Albert Street are not uPVC, but are instead of appropriate materials and design to preserve and enhance the character and appearance of the Conservation Area, along with other Victorian buildings in the vicinity which have traditional sash windows.” We recommend refusal.
