Variation of condition 2 (Develop in accordance with approved plans) of planning permission 18/03113/FUL (Erection of 2no. dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) within the grounds of 122 Banbury Road, including new access off Belbroughton Road, landscaped amenity space, car parking, bin and cycle storage.) to allow amendments to the external appearance of the approved dwellings including; enlargement of the basements, alternative use of the approved garage/car ports as habitable space, omission of and amendments to lightwells, alterations to internal floor layouts, amendments to fenestration, formalising of the main entrance to the properties, alterations to eaves and overhang and alterations to external materials used.

We consider that the proposed amendments to the designs to which consent was granted in application reference 18/03113 are too great for it to be appropriate that they be dealt with by means of a variation to the conditions imposed on the original consent. These proposed amendments do have a significant effect on material issues of planning policy and should thus be considered afresh, and in the light of the current Local Plan, through a new full application for development consent.
