Demolition of existing single storey garage. Erection of two storey side extension to create 2 x 2 bed flats. Provision of amenity space, bin and cycle stores (amended plans).

The proposals are stated as car free and that no off-street car parking is provided. However, a member of the public has pointed out that part of the site appears to have been prepared for substantial off-street parking. We strongly recommend that it is a condition of consent that no temporary or permanent provision for parking cars on the site should be permitted. We also agree that proposals should be excluded from obtaining residents’ parking permits.
