The proposed extension to this mid-terrace house would nearly double the dimensions of the ground floor. The first floor is set back on the eastern side but runs almost along the boundary to the west. The application includes no Design and Access statement and no assessment of the impact on neighbouring properties which will be substantial. We urge that this be considered before the application is decided.
