OCS recommend that any decision on this application be deferred until proper documentation is submitted. The applicant should be asked to provide more detailed floor plans to include existing and proposed, so the changes can be identified and scrutinized. The current plans are not labelled. The location of the ‘eco parking space’ is located at the rear corner of the property which is potentially hazardous. Consideration might be given to moving it to the eastern boundary of the property away from the corner. The applicant should be advised that an HMO licence will be required.
