Change of use from dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to House in Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4). Alterations to roof to form hip to gable, formation of 1no. dormer to rear roofslope with Juliett balcony and insertion of 2no. rooflights to front rooslope in association with loft conversion. Demolition of existing rear garden shed and erection of a part single, part two storey rear extension and single storey side extension.
The Oxford Civic Society have the following OBJECTIONS to this application to accommodate a large number of people in a 3-bed semi: it constitutes overdevelopment; work has already started, with operators working on the interior who say that they can go ahead; despite what the D+A statement says, no provision for bicycle storage or wheelie bins are to be seen on the plans; most of the many documents consist of complaints from neighbours in Templar Road who clearly feel intimidated by the plans for various reasons, despite the lengthy rationale given in the D+A statement.
