Erection of two storey side and rear extension, erection of single storey rear extension and erection of detached ancillary outbuilding to rear.

The proposed extension of this dwelling from a 2-bed to 4-bed is uncontroversial. However, we would like to see more detail of the ancillary outbuilding at the rear of the property. There is no indication if it will be connected to utilities and thus potentially used as a separate dwelling.  Access to the building is via the side of the property and so independent of the main house. We assume cycle and bin storage will be at the rear and the side passage used to provide access. We note that despite the information given on the application form an additional parking space is to be provided at the front of the property. Consent should be withheld pending clarification of these details.
