Variation of condition 2 (Develop in accordance with approved plns) of planning permission 16/00882/FUL (Erection of a two storey retail unit (Use Class A1) and reconfiguration of existing car park.) to allow increase to storm water storage volume and increase the height of the ground floor level.

Flood risk is an obvious concern on this site, and we would urge that intense scrutiny is applied to not only the risk to the proposed development, but the effects of the development on the flood behaviour in the neighbourhood, and particularly to the adjacent residential properties in Earl Street, before consent is granted.
