Variation of condition 3 (Materials) and removal of condition 11 (Car parking) of planning permission 20/01056/FUL (Erection of two storey rear extension to create 2no. retail units (class A1) at ground floor and 2 x 2 bed flats and 1 x 1 bed flat at first and second floors. Formation of 2no balconies to front elevation. Alteration to shop front and 3no. windows to front elevation. Provision of private amenity space, bin and cycle stores (Amended plans)) to allow the use of grey slate and the removal of car parking spaces. To vary a permission allowing applicant to remove car parking and make the development car free as the area is now designated a CPZ.
In order for the residential elements of this development to be car-free as suggested in the application, we urge that a condition be applied to consent, with the effect of excluding residents from entitlement to on-street parking.
