Although the application states that there is no impact on daylight to windows on the adjoining house, no information is presented that enables the statement to be verified. We believe that the application cannot be approved without thorough examination of the effect on the adjoining house. There is also no discussion of the car parking arrangements or the provision of recycling and waste bins for a 5 bedroom HMO. We object to this application
