Change of use from house in multiple occupation (Use Class C4) to a larger house in multiple occupation (Sui Generis). (Retrospective)
The site plan shows a building that is a very different shape to that shown in the plan of the existing house. It is therefore unclear in which direction the house is orientated on the plot and where the parking is situated and whether it is fully accessible. One of the bedrooms is stated as being 6.5 m 2 , as this is the minimum size accepted the OCC regulations, it should be checked. The very minimal Design Access Statement makes no reference to the number of HMOs in the area. Again this needs checking before approval can be considered. We therefore object to the application in its current form.
