Demolition of garage. Erection of two storey building to provide 1 x 2-bed dwellinghouse (Use Class C3). Provision of private amenity space, car parking and bin and cycle stores.

In principle we approve of the small house proposed in this application. We feel, however, that the application lacks clarity on the cladding and feel that this should be clearly detailed in the final approval taking into consideration colour, both initially and when weathered, durability and need, or not, for long-term maintenance.
