Change of use of first floor from office (Use Class B1) to student accommodation (Sui Generis). Insertion of 1no. door to rear elevation. Provision of bin and bicycle stores (amended plans)

None of the issues we have raised previously regarding the number of rooms, the very small shared space and the need for effective sound-proofing have been addressed. It remains a concern that only two of the rooms have windows, the other five rely on rooflights for natural light and it is not clear if these are intended to be openable, and how ventilation is to be provided. We remain of the view that the number of bed/study rooms should be reduced in order to provide better shared space.
