Demolition of existing rear garage. Erection of a part single part two storey side and rear extension. Erection of a single storey rear outbuilding. Formation of porch to front elevation. Provision of car parking with associated landscaping and bicycle stores.
The proposed alterations to this property are significant and represent a large addition to the building footprint. We would draw attention to the particularly unattractive design for the SE elevation which creates many disjointed angles and a confection of windows (size and shape) which clutter this side of the building. Further thought might be given to improving the design in order to present a more cohesive solution.
