Change of use from dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to House in Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4).

The plans show storage for four bikes at the front of the property, with accommodation for four further bikes in the back garden. The only access to the latter is through the house which is mid-terrace. This is clearly unacceptable. There is no mention of car parking proposals yet the road already suffers severe congestion. No consent should be granted until these issues have been satisfactorily addressed.
