The plans associated with this application show potential sleeping accommodation for 14 persons, in 7 bedrooms, yet the internal amenity space shows a capacity for 6 persons and dining accommodation for 6, with no indication of outdoor amenity space at all. Likewise, no indication is provided of proposals for bicycle or car parking, or for waste and recycling bin access and storage. The application should be refused pending provision of satisfactory solutions to these issues.
