Erection of a single storey rear and side extension. Conversion of garage to create habitable space. Provision of bin and bicycle storage.

The proposed extension leaves only a small back garden on this small site. The plans show that the bin store and bike shed will be located in the already limited space in the back garden. With no side access, bins and bikes will have to be carried through the house. This is unacceptable as it will inevitably cause the front garden to be cluttered with these items. On these grounds we ask that the application be refused
