The internal design seems fine.  However, when subdividing attention is especially required for the placing of wheelie-bins, cycle storage, public transport etc (there is no parking here):  none are mentioned in the application, and for the ‘existing front yard’ no measurement is given. Permission to go ahead should not be given until these matters have been addressed
