Alterations to existing outbuilding to form habitable space including alterations to windows to front elevation.

The application has no information on the construction of the existing outbuilding. It is, therefore, impossible to ascertain whether it is suitably insulated for use as a habitable dwelling, particularly for a disabled person. We consider that the application cannot be approved without full examination of the construction of the building and the modifications needed bring it to a habitable standard, in addition to the unspecified roof insulation proposed in the application.
