Change of use of dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a House in Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4) (retrospective).

We re-iterate and endorse the comments by the highway authority, to the effect that no details of car or bicycle parking or waste and re-cycling bin storage are provided, and that consent should be withheld or conditioned pending resolution of these issues. We would also concur with the view that residents be excluded from entitlement to street parking.
