Demolition of existing dwelling and garage. Erection of 2 x 4-bed dwellings (Use Class C3). Provision of private amenity space, car parking and bin and cycle stores. To retain and widen the existing dropped kerb for associated off-road parking.

We concur with the objection of the Highway Authority to this application on the grounds that two 4-bedroom houses will intensify parking problems in nearby streets. The proposal is an overdevelopment of the site. We, therefore, strongly suggest that the application is rejected.
