We would point out the errors in labelling of front and rear elevations on the principal plan. No reference is made to the potential loss of amenity, daylight and sunlight of the adjoining semi-detached property, nor has any assessment been made. This would appear to be a significant consideration, with the potential for significant loss of amenity by the neighbours.

Consent should not be granted until and unless it can be demonstrated that no unreasonable harm would be caused in this respect.
