We query whether the floor area having adequate headroom in the second-floor bedroom is sufficient to provide reasonable conditions for occupation. The cursory information provided on facilities for bicycle and waste and recycling bin storage is wholly inadequate in terms of scale of provision for two separate households, security, convenience and appearance – this last being critical in view of the positioning at the front of the house, immediately behind the footway. Consent should be withheld pending provision of satisfactory details for these elements.
