The design of this application is acceptable but it is a large project that goes right to the limit of the property boundary and may impact on the adjoining property at no 57. The Design and Access Statement submitted by Oxford Plan and Build Limited provides little helpful information and could usefully be expanded to address any issues of concern expressed by neighbours or the Council.
