Change of use of dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a House of Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4) (retrospective).
Small terraced houses in narrow streets with very small front gardens, such as this house, are not really suitable for HMOs. Accompanying documentation does not say whether there is secure covered cycle storage. Nor are we told if there is off street car parking. If the house is allowed to be an HMO, residents should not be eligible for residents’ on street parking, especially with there being a greater likelihood of multiple car ownership.
