 Demolition of existing rear extension. Erection of a part single, part two storey front, side and rear extension. Provision of car parking and bin and cycle stores.

The proposed extensions of this small house will result in an increase of approximately 50% in the size of the house and totally alter its character. The impact of the rear extension on the light to the adjoining house is not discussed and we believe must be considered. The use of the garage in the rear garden is not commented on and we believe that if permission for the extensions is granted, it should be with the restriction that the garage is not converted to living accommodation.
