Although ‘safe and secure’ cycle parking provision is referred to, no details of the design or accommodation provide are shown, and the location is completely impracticable, at the extreme rear of the garden accessed from the street via narrow passageways either side of the houses. Consent should be conditional upon provision of more satisfactory solutions consistent with policies intended to encourage cycling.
