Change of use of dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a House of Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4). Provision of dropped kerb.
Oxford Civic Society notes and strongly supports the Oxfordshire County Council recommendations regarding the proposed dropped kerb, parking and resident parking permits.
In addition, the applicant provides only a plan of the existing layout. Oxford Civic Society suggest that the applicant should be required to confirm that the use of the rooms will remain (including a room designated ‘study’) in the present use or confirm the revised space-planning proposals, as well as confirming the maximum proposed occupancy (numbers of bed-spaces), not least so as to permit an assessment to be made regarding necessary sanitary and other provision.
