Change of use from guesthouse (Use Class C1) to a large House in Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis)

The OCS consider that the applicant should be required to confirm the proposed external facilities for bin & cycle storage and the access arrangements are  with the legal property boundaries and do not compromise the vehicle movements in the joint driveway for the pair of semi-detached houses.  There is no discussion of car parking in the application and only one car parking space is shown on the block plan. The car parking arrangements and/or restrictions also need to be clarified before permission for this HMO, which will be occupied by a minimum of 15 tenants, can be granted.
