Change of use of dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a House in Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4). Provision of car parking, bin and cycle stores.
We concur with the comments of the Highway Authority on car parking and the design of the cycle parking. As the garage shown on the block plan is clearly unusable for parking of a car, the application should only be approved with the restriction that the accommodation is not let as part of the HMO.
