 Change of use of dwelling-house (Use Class C3) to a House of Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4).

Oxford Civic Society has concerns regarding the conversion of this small terraced house to a HMO given the potential saturation of multi-occupancy in this residential area.  Multi-occupation will potentially add to the parking problems in the area. Additionally, the space in the front garden – shed for bicycles (potentially 4+) and refuse bins – is limited and a situation where these migrate onto the narrow pavement in front of the property is one of concern.
