 Erection of a two storey extension to south west elevation of existing outbuilding to create a 1 x bed dwelling (Use Class C3). Alterations to roof from slanted to pitched, raising the roof height, insertion of 2no windows to north east elevation.

There is no off street parking available to the property and parked cars along Alhambra Lane could result in highway safety concerns and/or blocking other properties access. Should Planning Permission be granted, the property should be excluded from eligibility for parking permits in order to make the property car free. The arrangements for bin and bike storage also looks less than ideal and could prove awkward for residents to access either of them easily.
