 Conversion of garage into habitable space

It is somewhat unclear as to whether or not the additional space is intended to form a separate dwelling. The proposed project drawings do not suffice to make this clear.  The (verbatim extract) from the ‘design and access statement’ suggests the “The proposed garage conversion to a study room and toilet set. this room is connect with kitchen to be located left side of the existing building.”

OCS suggest that the intended nature of the conversion be further clarified by the applicant prior to decision.
