Erection of a front porch and erection of a two storey side and a single storey rear extension.

The intended use of the extension proposed in this application is not clear from the information in the application. The plans show a kitchen and a staircase in the extension with no connection with the existing house at first floor level, but no separate entrance. If it is intended as a separate dwelling this should be clarified, as it has implications for the provision of car and cycle parking and storage for waste and recycling bins. We feel the application cannot be approved on the basis of the information currently provided.
