Erection of two storey side and rear extension and erection of front porch.  Replacement windows and installation of external cladding.  Removal of 1no door to side elevation.  Provision of car parking and bin an d cycle stores (Amended description). 

The adopted standard for a 4-bedroom house is a minimum of 3 bicycle spaces, this needs to be provided.  It also seems unlikely that a bike would be able to get past the bin store; a clear route to and from the bike store must be available in order for this application to be accepted.
